The hotel is completely built from blocks of roofs with traditional roofing material in the Andean region. The rooms and circulation areas use solar energy to maintain a pleasant climate inside of the hotel, during nights, on cold days the internal temperate is reinforced with a system of integral heating in rooms based on circulating hot water radiators and emit heat.

The hotel has two courtyards have a very nice temperature because their roofs are made of a translucent material that retains heat. There is also a comfortable and cozy restaurant where guests can enjoy the warmth of a central fireplace.
